📋 Overview of the electronic employment contract platform
Decree 337/2025/ND-CP (issued 24 December 2025) governs concluding and performing electronic employment contracts and the building, management and use of Vietnam's national electronic employment contract platform - a centralized nationwide system run by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Electronic employment contracts concluded as data messages have the same legal value as paper contracts.
💡 Key point: every electronic employment contract sent to the platform receives a unique ID for management and lookup. eContract solution providers must meet technical requirements and complete the connection procedure with the platform.

What should eContract providers read to connect?
Decision 733/QD-BNV and its technical appendix are the main connection guide, together with Decision 644 (procedures) and Decisions 582, 583 and 732 (architecture, functions, rules).
Do employers connect to the platform themselves?
Usually not. Employers sign through an eContract provider connected to the platform, which sends contracts to the platform for an ID.
When did the platform go live?
It has operated officially since 1 July 2026 and, under the operating rules in Decision 732/QD-BNV, runs 24/7.
